Frequently asked questions

What format should I supply my artwork in?

PDF is best, with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. AI, EPS, PSD, PNG and JPG are fine too — we check everything before it goes to press.

What does the artwork check cost?

Nothing. On every order we look at resolution, bleed, trim margins and colour profile. If something is off, we call you before we print.

How quickly will I get my print?

Two to three working days after approval as standard. Files approved before 3pm go into production the same day.

Why does the unit price drop on larger runs?

Setting up the press takes the same time for 100 as for 1,000. That cost is spread across more pieces, so the price per unit falls.

Can I get a proof first?

Yes. On larger runs we recommend a physical proof so you can see the paper and colour in person.
